Her story

The lawyer Justine Basilio is a French lawyer from the Paris Court of Appeal and a member of the Quebec Bar Association (ARM). After obtaining her Master’s degree in Business Law with a specialization in Banking and Financial Law, she followed a Master’s degree in Management Finance at the Sorbonne University in Paris. Then, she practiced for one year in a large international office in Montreal in the Business Law Department while working in private practice in Paris In addition, she had a wealth of experience at HSBC’s headquarters where she worked on structured and project finance deals. As well as in a large Parisian law firm in the financial service department including investment funds and banking and financial issues.

Our story

The story began more than 5 years ago when lawyer Justine Basilio decided to set up her immigration, business law and tax consultancy in Dubai. Expats Law Firm and Corporate Services was born. With this successful establishment and as a legal advisor, she ensures the legality of anyone wishing to set up a business in the UAE. Then, arriving with her skills following a specialisation in business law and banking and financial law, she also responds to the needs of foreign clients wishing to set up in France or Canada. Finally, thanks to her expertise, she advises foreign companies in terms of French and Canadian law in the course of their business.
