1.1.1 Hourly rate : Our hourly rate is €265 incl. VAT, billable in :

● Euros (EUR)
● Emirates Dirhams (AED)
● Canadian dollars (CAD)
● American dollars (USD)

This rate applies to all our legal services in business law, international taxation, immigration law, intellectual property and international business start-ups.

1.1.2 Transparent fees We do not offer opaque “all-inclusive” packages.
Our approach is clear and understandable:

● Procedural or government fees (e.g. Immigration Canada, Dubai DED, RAK ICC, INPI, EUIPO, etc.) are always billed separately.

● Our legal fees are distinct and detailed in full transparency. This allows you to control your budget, have a precise view of expenses and compare objectively.

1.1.3 Hourly or fixed fee?

We advise you objectively. In some cases, a fixed fee may be more advantageous than billing by the hour. When this applies to your situation, we will spontaneously inform you and suggest the most economical and appropriate option. Each case is the subject of a personalized analysis, including a letter of intent.
